A small cache with a great view. The view is soooooo nice that a wedding proposal has even been made here, see the log dated 8-28-11!!! This trail is open 8am to sunset. The gate at the parking lot is locked overnight. No need to go past the fence.
This is a beautiful view and a new trail, but there is no access to the beach from this trail!!! Please stay on the trail and do not try to access the beach. This trail is now open all the way to Cowell Ranch and the northern trailhead cache on the weekends. Weekdays it might or might not be open, it depends on what is happening on the farm that borders the trail. Look for signs in the parking area for the current status.
