If you were driving along Highway 203 from Carnation to Monroe, you will undoubtedly see the vast farmlands along the shores of the Snoqualmie and Skykomish Rivers, totally oblivious that there are waterfalls around. Youngs Creek Falls seems quite out of place, until you actually reach the creek. It seems like the road and valley should be somewhere in lowlands of eastern Washington.
You can park within a hundred feet of the cache. The last 50 feet could be a bit steep, but if I can make it, I'm sure you can. You should be carefull with children and pets, as the gorge has a drop off into a fast moving stream.
The cache is a 30cal ammo box hidden in a.... well I'll let you figure that out, but you shouldn't have any trouble. Please be sure to rehide it well, as others visit this waterfall also.
There is a writeup on this water fall at Water Falls of the Pacific NorthWest
