When I grew up on Mercer Island, we knew it as "The Rock".I decided to place a cache here on a whim. I remembered coming to the dock here on nice days when the rest of the park was too crowded. Upon walking up I saw a Big Danger sign. No dock cache,so I improvised. Do not go past the sign, no cache there. It's less than 10 feet off the trail. It is on the smaller side, but is completely out in the open. Bring a pen. Log only cache. Please replace with care. Take a second look.
Congrats to Tobias & Petronella for all 3 FTF's for the first 3 "The Rock" Series!!! Way to go!
Please note: There is a temporary Lock and Lock replacing this cache for the time being while I locate a replacement. It is within stretching distance of the path. Should be easy.
