Boys Night Out - City Center Traditional Cache
yogiabb: The owner of the building adjacent to the cache is finally working on it which is great news if you are a modern architecture fan but bad news for this cache. The work looks like it is going to take a while and will definitely interfere with the cache long term so I am archiving it.

A regular size urban cache.
It has been a while since SuperPizzaBoy and I have set a geocache on our monthly boys night out. We have been laser tagging, movie going, miniature golfing, bowling, going to baseball games, and a bunch of other stuff. It is time to do another Boys Night Out Geocache.
I work downtown and have wanted to place a regular size cache but good hiding places are difficult to find. I came upon two new places the other day while walking around at lunch. I walked up on a spot and from about 30 feet away I thought, "Boy I could hide a cooler in there." I got closer and could see that a homeless person has been using it for a hidey hole. Well I'm glad that he has found a cozy place to sleep and wish him well and all that but I'm not going to bother him by placing a cache there.
I looked around though and saw another place about 150 feet to the south that I thought might work out well.
So the next night during our monthly night out SPB and I ventured downtown. We had done our usual deal: dinner (at Johnny's this time) and then to Walgreens to get the stuff to put in the cache and then on to the cache site.
We got there and had to wait forevvvvvvver for two businessman to finish their conversation in the parking lot. Finally they left and we stashed the cache and then spent some time getting lats and longs and all that good stuff.
This cache is dedicated to Mrs. YogiABB's book group. SPB and I have a lot of fun over the years running around during out monthly outing during their meeting. They read "The Yiddish Policeman's Union" by Michael Chabon. The group always has a thumbs up/down vote on the book after the conclusion of the book discussion and before the wine drinking. Mrs. reports that the vote was 3 thumbs up, 4 thumbs down, 2 sideways. So this is my first geocaching book report.
The cache is kind of out in the open but it is really difficult to see. I thought about hiding it with other objects but when I checked on it again today I decided that would just draw attention to it.
Please rehide as well as you can.
There are lots and lots of muggles close by during the day so be very careful. It will be very difficult to retrieve and rehide this cache without being noticed.
It is a generic lock and lock container with camo tape. It is filled with various trinkets to trade, a pencil, and a log book.
