Geocache Description:

Cache is located at the shore of Lake Lucerne about 2 meters over the water level in the roots of an old stump. Swiss Gride 668/595//207/527

If you come as a tourist to Lucerne this cache is a must! It is located at one of the must beautiful places around Lucerne next to the lake with a great view over the lake to the mountains. If you get there in summer you even can bring your bathing suit and have a swim in the clear and refreshing water of Lake Lucerne.If you get there by car park at the public parking at N 47°00.870' / E 8°20.300'. If you want to get there by public transportation take the bus number 21 at the square in front of the Lucerne railway station and get off after a about 15 minutes ride at the bus stop "Krämerstein" (N 47°00.858 / E 8°20.277').The cache is in a small Tupperware box and contains a LED flashlight, a "behind the ear" radio, a key chain and a deck of cards.
