A warmup cache for those going to the falls.
This is my favorite part of the Skyline to the Sea trail. This section parallels a very beautiful stretch of Waddell Creek and is near a small waterfall (at least during the wet time of year), where a side stream goes under a footbridge and heads for the main creek.
It's a significant hike to get here, about four miles from park headquarters. If you come this far, keep going and check out Berry Creek Falls.
The cache is about 30 feet from the footbridge in the direction of Waddell Creek. You are looking for a 10 ounce round lock-n-lock container. Since GPS reception isn't that good here, and since my EPE was 40 feet when I placed the cache, I suggest consulting the hint.
