Kurze Wanderung in der Umgebung des Schlosses Schwertberg (short hike in the surroundings of Schwertberg castle)
Auf dieser Cachesuche werdet ihr zu einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um das Schloss Schwertberg geführt. Achtung: Auf Grund des felsigen Tals ist der GPS-Empfang nicht besonders gut. Die Positionen (inklusive Cachesite) sind aber hoffentlich naheliegend wenn ihr dort seid.
On this cache hunt you are guided to the sights around Schwertberg castle. Note: Becaus of the rocky valley the gps reception is not the best in this area. The locations (including the cache location) are hopefully obvious when you are there.

1. An dieser Stelle bittet der "König der Erde" für uns. Unter wie vielen Strahlen verrichtet er seinen Dienst? = A. Hinweis: Die Anzahl der Strahlen teilt das um 10 erhöhte Jahr, seit dem der gute Herr seinen Dienst verrichtet.
At this location the "king of the earth" is praying for us. Under how many rays does he do his job? = A. Hint: The number of rays is a divisor of the year the good man started doing his job, increased by 10.
2. Gegenüber seht ihr das Schloss Schwertberg. Leider ist es nicht zugänglich. Also untersucht es genau von außen. Wie viele Eisenplatten decken das Eingangstor ab? = B. Hinweis: Zählt auch die teilweise sichtbaren Platten. Gegenüber den Herrn aus Aufgabe 1 steht eine weitere Steinfigur. Ist es Johannes der Täufer, dann ist B eine gerade Zahl. Ist es der Hl. Nikolaus, dann ist B eine ungerade Zahl.
At the opposite side you see Schwertberg castle. Unfortunately it is not open to the public. Therefore, inspect it more closely from the outside. How many iron plates do cover the entrance gate? = B. Hint: Please count the partially visible plates, too. Opposite to the good man from stage 1 you will find another stone figure. If this represents John the Baptist, then B is an even number. If it represents St. Nicholas of Smyrna, then B is an odd number.
3. Nun folgt der Aist etwa 100 m flussaufwärts. Dort steht das Einsiedlerhaus. In welchem Jahrhundert wurde diese Eremitenunterkunft errichtet? = C. Betrachtet auch die Rückseite. Wie viele Lebewesen sind dort abgebildet? = D. Hinweis: Es sind gleich viele Tiere wie Menschen.
Now follow the Aist river about 100 m upstream. There you will find the "Einsiedlerhaus". In which century has this eremit's den been built? = C. Please inspect the rear wall of the house, too. How many living creatures can you see on this wall? = D. Hint: The pictures show the same number of humans as animals.
