Geocache Description:

This cache is near one of our favorite local places. The cache is on the property of a local business and historic site. We placed it there with the owner's permission, and it should not be attempted at night. The cache is a Lock N' Lock container with a log book, and a few trinkets.

The historic barn was built in 1822 by Sarah Darlington. The building was originally a dairy barn. In 1934 the Baldwin family turned this establishment into a used book store. At times it was also a museum, and antique store. This is a five story building, on a six acre plot of land. The owner, gave us permission to place this cache on his land. Please do not try to find this cache at night. While you are getting this cache, take some time to explore this historic site. If you see the owner, make sure to say hello. This cache is meant to be fun, and to inform people about the history of the building.
