Eagle Project is by a Scout from Troop 40 in Norwood, NY. The
project included designing, laying out and clearing part of the
cross country trail.

What is Cache to
Eagle? Cache to Eagle is a series of 12 public geocache's
hidden at or near the sites of Boy Scout Eagle projects.
Each
cache location has a clue in addition to the normal cache contents
– each clue is a point of the Boy Scout Law. When a person finds
all 12 Cache to Eagle project clues (they are in random order) they
will earn a special patch. Click here for the registration

At
the northern end of the Hiawatha Seaway
Council is the Northern Lights District. It encompasses
all of St. Lawrence County and at 2,880 square miles is the largest
district in the council and quite possibly the largest in the
state.
