We call this place the "Dump Woods" -- but in Hogwarts, it would be the Forbidden Forrest. Start at town park and recreation area in Cadyville, just off Goddeau Road.
We’ve named our geocache team in homage to the least-liked house at Hogwarts, the wizard school in the Harry Potter books. Ambitious and cunning, Slytherins live in the dungeons. So we’ve populated this cache with the creepy creatures you might find there.
This is our first cache. Please give us feedback on how we've done. It's a relatively large container, not far off a walking trail in a little-used public park. This is one of our favorite places for walks, or short X-C ski trips during the snow season. Mountain bikers like it here too. We call it the Dump Woods because it is not too far from the County Lanfill.
