Once you're at the door, you'll need to find a series of numbers.
First, note the 4-digit number displayed prominently on the door. The last 2 digits of this number added together = B.
Next, enter and find the cow. Count the pumpkins. The number of pumpkins = A.
On the same cow, count the fish. The number of fish = C.
Speaking of fish, find the Jesse Edward Sprague memorial (the cow is looking right at it.) Note the dates of Mr. Sprague's birth and death.
D = the first digit SHOWN of the year of his death.
E = the last digit of the year of his birth.
Put all your numbers together like this: ABC.DE . You now have the exact location you need. Please be discreet - many young muggles present.
