Geocache Description:

These places frequently have caches near them with a "DIY" in their name. I like the name "Orange Walmart" better.

Why this? Why here?
Because it fit right between two other caches I put out. Because I have a huge pile of containers that I prep but never place. Because this parking lot was cacheless. Because there's actually none like this in FWB (until now). Because it is a quintessential micro hide.

Because you need a Smiley today.

HISTORY UPDATE: This cache was the first skirtlifter in Fort Walton Beach. At least when it was published it was the only one in FWB and I don't remember any others before it. So, in light of that exhaustive research I'm going to self-proclaim that this was the First Skirtlifter in Fort Walton Beach! WooHoo!!

That being said, you may note as you approach Ground Zero that something is missing! No Skirt! Sometime after this cache was published the lamp skirt got damaged, removed and hasn't been replaced as of this update. Thankfully the cache was rehidden very nearby and so it keeps it's position in History. Even if it isn't a skirtlifter anymore.
