Geocache Description:

When you are right on top of this cache you will look NNW through a two-trunk tree and a man-made shelter you will see some 40 paces through the trees.

You will have a choice of parking lots from which to start your search. Back in the trees you will need your GPS for sure. We might caution you that come spring and summer you might prepare yourself by knowing how to identify the 3 leaved scoundrel "poison ivy" the Saylorville Lake area has more than its fair share of this plant. The container is well hid by bark and limbs.

Inside you will items all donated by students from an earth science class at Northview Middle School in Ankeny. (Frisbee, compass, yo-yo, model car and key rings to mention a few items.
