The Cache is hidden between two rocks that are part of a larger
rock formation. The terrain is up hill.
The container used is an old Army ammo box. On the way to the site
a golf ball was found and a book of matches. Finding these items
provide the name for this cache site “Balls of Fire”.
Also left in the box is a rock with plant fossils, which came from
South Dakota. After finding the cache be sure to visit the rock
formation directly west of the cache site. It’s a nice place
to hangout. Way to go team! *** The pictures from the first camera
have been developed. Unfortunately only about half of them came out
well enough to see (must have been a problem with the flash). You
can view these pictures on our website: www.geocities.com/ratteam6

September 9, 2009 by greenzone (38 found) Great cache! Contents were a bit wet. Found it extreamly ironic that we too brought a Kona Brewery Coaster to this cache. Replaced the moist & tatered coaster with a freshy that was straight from the bar January 2009. Small world.-Greenpeace
