Warning

Please note: To use the services of geocaching.com, you must agree to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

The Cache is hidden between two rocks that are part of a larger rock formation. The terrain is up hill.
The container used is an old Army ammo box. On the way to the site a golf ball was found and a book of matches. Finding these items provide the name for this cache site “Balls of Fire”. Also left in the box is a rock with plant fossils, which came from South Dakota. After finding the cache be sure to visit the rock formation directly west of the cache site. It’s a nice place to hangout. Way to go team! *** The pictures from the first camera have been developed. Unfortunately only about half of them came out well enough to see (must have been a problem with the flash). You can view these pictures on our website: www.geocities.com/ratteam6 ***

Hiked the park on this damp day with Biga800. Boy, there are a lot of rocks and boulders in the scenic park, The ammo box contents are very wet and needs a maintenance visit. Nice location. TFTH Old Navy

#3388 - What a great spot for a cache. Old Navy and I searched for a while and made the find. The cache is very damp inside. TFTC.

Great cache! Contents were a bit wet. Found it extreamly ironic that we too brought a Kona Brewery Coaster to this cache. Replaced the moist & tatered coaster with a freshy that was straight from the bar January 2009. Small world.-Greenpeace
