You can search there if you like, but those coords are in the middle of a pond and the cache is NOT there.
my good friend and prominent Arkansas Geocacher, AR_HICK, does not like puzzle caches. i've heard him say it over and over, ' they are too difficult'.
So i decided to place a puzzle cache just for him. of course i hope everyone has fun with it.
Because i dont want HICK to strain himself trying to figure out this puzzle, i will give instructions on how to solve it. everyone can take it from there.
below you will find an encrypted message . it is done in a simple 'shift' code. all you have to do is , open a new document in your word processor on your computer, hold down the shift key on your keyboard, type in the message, and the correct coords for the cache will be revealed.
