Geocache Description:

CAUTION! Rattlesnakes and Poison Oak are common in this preserve. Be Alert! NOTICE: The OSP is open from from dawn until one-half hour after sunset.
Please respect the OSP hours and cache only during these times.
If you park in the County parking lots, then start time is 8:00 am.

Located near the pond dam in Rancho San Antonio Open Space Preserve. About 2.4 miles from the lower parking lot, with a 250 foot elevation change.

A camouflaged 3.5" diameter by 7" long plastic jar.

The cache location is near a pond that has water in the winter, but dries up in the spring. The cache location is visible from the pond and trails around it. Be stealthy! Please replace the covering to rehide the cache.
