A cache near a virtually unknown phenomenon - natural catacombes.
The cache is a plastic Metamucil container hidden near the Catacombe Rock. Contents:
log book and pencil
red ball keychain
pop-tab opener keychain
alum. carabiner keychain
compressed sponge
leather coaster
ink pen
pocket knife
Catacombe Rock is where water has washed a soft layer out from under hard caprock, leaving fairly shallow caves. The amazing part is that they are interconnected and you can go from cave to cave to cave for 1/4 mile or so without coming out in sunlight. If you've gone far enough to cross Hurrah Pass, it is worth the short drive to see this place!
I can't be there to maintain this cache regularly, so if you find it in need of maintenance, please help out and take care of it. Otherwise, consider it a virtual cache.
If you camp there (a good place for it), use an existing firepit. There are plenty around, already.
