Save the Clown!
Well this isn't your typical parking lot nano location, it's a weird part of Central Jersey. This would have made a interesting virtual cache many years back. So why not still play it this way?
Proceed to N40 23.532 W74 05.920 and find the nano. Take a picture of the clown and post it with your log, for extra credit, take a picture of yourself with the clown in the background. When this was published it was an ALR cache (Addition Logging Requirements), since that time, Groundspeak had asked those types of caches to be converted to exclude the addition logging requirements, so feel free to just find the nano and move on. But really, what fun is that?

About this location: The Evil Clown of Middletown is a large outdoor sign on northbound New Jersey Route 35 in Middletown Township, New Jersey, advertising a Spirits Liquor Store. It was originally constructed in 1956 to advertise a Food Circus grocery store. In its early years it continuously rotated via electric motor(s), a then-common form of advertising that for the most part went out of style (or economic practicality) by the 1970s. The clown has long since been fixed in place.
