Geocache Description:

Second in the History Detectives Series

This is the second part of the 5 part History Detective Series.

History Detectives - JuniorA Bicentennial

History Detectives - JuniorC Meeting House

History Detectives - Senior - Presidential Estate

History Detectives - Professional

The first three in the series can be done indepedent of the last two. Information found in this cache will help you find the last in the series, History Detectives - Professional.
You will discover the locations of several places of business in early Mohnsville (now Mohnton, PA). The above coordinates take you to Mr. Pannebecker's former place of employment. There you will find a placard marking the location. The placard will show you a map of the other locations also designated with similar placards. An X marks the name of the barrel maker.
The actual cache is located on the main road where most of the other placards can be found. There is parking nearby. Please be careful with young children along this road. It is narrow and cars travel fast. I would bump the terrain up to a level 2 if you choose to walk. I'm assuming most will drive, however.

The actual cache is located .72 miles from Benjamin Mohn/Henry Worley's site and .25 miles from Kohl's Mill (as the crow flies).

Make sure to take note of the hint used in History Detectives - Professional found inside the cache container. Please bring your own pen for the log.
