A small Lock’n’Lock type cache hidden near Iowa City’s Peninsula Park. I won the cache container as a FTF prize at the "Breakfast in the Boonies, Part Two (DSM Area)" (GC!VAWX) event which was held in the Eastside of Des Moines and hosted by an awesome pair of 515 Area caching teams, JeePSer & The 3 Elves. With a little camo added on, this Ready-to-Go cache has been put out in to the wild for you to find in their honor.
The area is easily accessible by bicycle or foot. Parking is available at the Thornberry Off-Leash Dog Park lot found at the coordinates listed below.
Be sure to try to limit the creation of geotrails and to replace the container properly for the benefit of the next cacher. As always, have fun!
