This cache is located at Kyparissi, Lakonias. On a trail going to
the east of the gulf, to the small church of St. George.
Kyparissi is a very beautiful located and peaceful traditional
village in the prefecture of Lakonias, on the east sea-side of
Peloponnisos. Placed on a small gulf and surrounded by big
mountains! You can access it by road, although the part that
crosses the mountain above it is full of turns and little narrow
but its asphalt! In addition is a very popular stop for motor and
sail boats.
The cache is located on a trail surrounding the gulf, east of
the village, towards the small church of St George located on the
sea-side.
You can find the entrance of the trail near the below
coordinates:
N36 58.222 E22 59.654
The trail is easy going, over the sea. About 400 meters before
the small church the trails splits! The cache is located on the
trail going over the church! But remember to visit the church after
or before visiting the cache!
Remember to wear your swimsuit as well! If the weather is good tou
will regret it if you dont! :)
In case you have a boat, you can dock on the small church! And
go from there!
The cache is a Tupperware-style container.
It contains a logbook and a pen to log your visit.
A Geocaching declaration in English and Greek.
Also I put in there my first TB, the Happy Greek Bunny and a Danish
Geocoin.
For trading there are some Asterix collectible stickers, toon
hansaplasts!, a mini racecar and a Tom playing hockey
toy!

A very beatyful trail to the cache. We found it in the afternoon after a visit from the very nice village Kiparissi.

Absolutely beautiful views, beautiful church, and a nice, long, but relatively easy hike. Thanks for this cache. I really enjoyed it! I took the Madagascar TB that has been here for a year and will move it along.

FOUND BY KYFANTA TEAM, WE ARE KYPARISSI AND KYFANTA HOTEL LOVERS SINCE AGES (WE ARE NOT THAT OLD!!). OUR KIDS WERE EXCITED AND WE HAD A GREAT FUN! THE VIEW WAS WONDERFUL THE BAY QUIET AND PEACEFUL. BEST TIME TO START IS AFTERNOON. KYFANTA TEAM 10 PERSONS AND A MILLION BEES FOUND THE CASE NOT DIFFICULT TO DISCOVER. BEST PART WAS WHEN NANCY FOUND IT, VASSILI TOOK THE TREASURE AND RUN!! WE TOOK NOTHING FROM THE BOX, WE REGISTRATE AND WE LEFT SOME STICKERS AND A PIN WITH A FUNNY FACE.

The cache was easily to find. Thanks to besk&svullo and lilla who described to take the upper way. It splittet 260m before the cache coordinates. The cache was in best condition, only the case was a little bit broken.
