F.A.M.E. CacheIn - TrashOut Event (GCHTMN) held on May 16th, 2004
Our team has come to realize the need for CITO (CacheIn - TrashOut) while geocaching. We are going to place a number of "CITO Caches" in the SF East Bay. Each of these caches will be stocked with CITO kits. (A film canister that includes an instruction label, a bag, and a glove.) These CITO kits will give you the tools you need to help keep this park clean. The locations have been carefully chosen so that they are within .25 miles of other caches, in areas that need constant clean-up. We recommend that you stop at this cache first, so that you may clean up while finding the other caches.
Please do not throw the CITO kit containers away.
Either you can refill them and send them out again, or you can leave them at one of our "Refill" locations, and we will refill them. Please see the list below for "Refill" locations.
