Geocache Description:

This is a sensitive skin-friendly micro cache (absolutely no bushwaking!) which is ideal if you want to take a quick break in your daily routine or combine it with a visit to the Norwalk Maritime Center (Imax Theather and Aquarium).

The cache is a 35mm film canister located adjacent to the Norwalk River (tidal inlet) just north of the Maritime Center. The path is situated along the north bank of the river and has several observation decks. If you can time it for mid to high tide, the walk is more enjoyable. There is no tree cover, so coordinates should take you right to the spot. A clue is provided, however. From I-95 take exit 15 and go south on West Avenue, bear left onto North Main Street and then a left onto Ann Street. At the end of Ann Street bear left and go to the end. Free parking is available by the bridge. Bring a pen or pencil to sign the log. Good Luck!
