You are looking for a magnetic hide-a-key BYOP. This cache is available 24/7.

This is the northern parking area for the Cowell - Purisima Trail. The trail is open from 8am to sunset. There is beach access from this parking area at the northern end of the trail. You can bicycle along this trail, but you need to wear a helmet to comply with the rules.
