Inspired by Jamis, W.B. Eagle and I decided to try and place a cache in admiration of the mastermind of muticaches. As in all Jamis caches, pack plenty of water and food, and in the summer plenty of bug spray. Be prepared for a long walk, mostly flat. Please stay off the ski trails marked by triangles, especially during periods of snow cover, they have been granted right of way on private property. One of the stages may be hard to find under heavy snow cover. The final is an ammo can.
Most of the hike is on the Walkabout Trail which is marked with orange blazes. In 1965, an Australian crew of the HMAS "Perth" under the command of Lt. Malcolm Unwin of the Royal Australian Army was waiting for delivery of two guided missile destroyers and used their free time to work all day building an 8 mile trail, ultimately named the "Walkabout Trail". The cache name was inspired by my brother, Rich the Bushwhacker.
Please pay attention to placement and replace all stages AS FOUND so as not to make it any easier or harder for the next cacher.
