Cache is an ammo box labeled with an official Geocahing.com sticker.The location is well known to local people most of whom walk up the canal from Brewood where there are five pubs to choose from!, including our favorite the Admiral Rodney.
The avenue is the old route to Chillington hall and is now a public bridle-way and footpath.
Best parking if you are not walking up the canal from Brewood is at N52 39.909 W002 10.497.
From here walk down the left or right hand sides as the middle path is churned up by the horses.
The ornamental bridge halfway down should give you a good place to stop for a break and nearby is a special tree (2 us anyway ) N52 39.918 W002.10.021 which is where Mark proposed to Lynn on her 21st birthday hence the cache name.
Carry on down the avenue taking the right hand path to the cache site.
Please try to leave the cache site as you find it as we felt the spot was fairly unique.
