1903 was a busy year for the construction industry in American Fork. At least five significant buildings were constructed in that year.
In 2003, American Fork's Historical Society placed an oval plaque on each of these buildings with the year 1903 prominently displayed. This was one way of celebrating the centennial year of these buildings and was part of the sesquicentennial celebration of the city itself.

Four of these five buildings have been placed on the National Register of Historic Places. The other one is still pending and efforts continue to have it included as well. On the four buildings already on the register, there is a separate plaque placed on the building which explains a little bit of its history and architecture. Take a minute to read these plaques.

This cache will lead you to each of these buildings. The coordinates for all five buildings are given. However, you'll need to visit each of them to get a bit of information you'll need to find the final cache which is micro-sized.

Bring your own pen or pencil to write in the log.
