2Wheel'in: Placed for the 1st Event under the NoVAGO banner, and was in place for just over 3 years. "It's Slow Go'in" made 123 finders happy, and frustrated 5 DNF'ers. I've really enjoyed reading the logs. R.I.P. little turtle[:(]. The container was removed.

Geocache Description:

In Loudoun County's Algonkian Park, mostly level terrain, and no real bushwhacking required. No ticks, no PI, and no thorns!

Placed in conjunction with the 2006 NoVAGO Fall Gathering Cache Event. The cache is hidden within 20 or so feet of an established trail, the terrain is fairly level; however, if you come in from the wrong direction it will be very steep! There is only minimal bushwhacking required. The container is “different”, although I have used this style of hide before, and it fits its surroundings well. It contains only a log, and a small one at that - please remember to bring a pen/pencil with you to sign the log, and please rehide the container exactly as found. Tree canopy in the immediate area can give your GPSr fits, but the container is in plain sight and you don't have to move anything to see it.

NOTE: Some of the attributes pertain to the parking location and not the actual cache site.

NOTICE: Please be respectful of the posted park hours. If you enter the park after hours you are trespassing. If you are stopped you can be ticketed or arrested and will put the future of geocaching in the parks in jeopardy.
