Starte fra preikestol-hytta. følg skiltinga til Moslivarden. Terrenget går mye opp, og er ganske tungt. Turen tar ca 2timer i rolig turfart opp (huske ikkje heilt), men rundt den tia.
Gode fjellsko, med støtte i anklene. Det er ein merka sti, men greit med godt feste og støtte i anklene

You start from the preikestol hut and follow the signs to Moslivarden. The terrain is steep, and pretty tough. After roughly 2 hours you should be able to reach the top, with calm march up.
Use fairly good footwear wich has good support for anckles and grip since the surface could be slippery. The path is marked, but at certain points hard to see.
