Geocache Description:

The cache is located at Lake Meyer Park in Winneshiek county.

This 160 acre county park has a 38 acre lake, modern campground, playground, boat dock and fishing jetty, hiking trails and a nature center that is open from 1pm-5pm on Sundays from late April to mid October. Spring flower walks and bird watching are popular activities in addition to fishing and camping.
The terrain rating would be much lower without the current deep snow cover. Though loose rock and small holes can make it a little hard to walk-go slow.
You can park on the short spur road opposite the fishing dock. Where the bulldozer stopped and a pile of brush blocks your way, go over the pile of limestone rocks to the right and work your way toward the end of the bluff on your right. While the limestone may influence your GPS, the description and Hint should get you to GZ.

Congratulations to lagrac on being the FTF!
