Location: Flycatcher Group Camp Area in Catalina State Park (Oro Valley, Arizona). Group can arrive as early as 12 noon on November 21st and check out is 12 p.m. on November 23rd. Cost: Group area fee is paid, but all campers are responsible for paying $15 per night/per vehicle. Up to 6 adults per vehicle are permitted at the $15 daily rate at no additional fee. There are no electric "hook ups" at the group camp area and there is no pavement once you pull into the camp location. Cachers are still welcome to camp in the individual area with electric hook ups and come over to enjoy festivities with the group and drive/walk back when you are ready to check out for the night. We will have indoor restrooms and showers within walking distance. If you have fire wood to share, please bring it along! Day visitors welcome too! Pay $7/caload to get in and can stay til 10 p.m There is a great RAMADA, close by GRILLS, and a FIRE PIT for us to enjoy! All cacher/campers are asked to pitch in with firewood, BYOB and BYOF...
Disclaimer: If you are planning to camp and want to go to bed early or get up late, we advise setting up your tent far away from the ramada area...we have a fun bunch and might stay up late having a good time.
Potluck Dinner is on Saturday, November 22nd at 5 p.m. This will be a potluck and event log will be present at this gathering Requests for potluck items will be announced as we get closer to the date. More games and announcements TBA. Prize donations always welcomed & campers willing to pitch in for the initial reservation charge appreciated!
CacheQueens will provide plateware and plasticware if needed, but encourage re-usable plates and utensils to cut down on waste!
