If you drive south, you will reach the sunny "Tessin". And if you like to make a break before reaching the Italian border, you can visit the cache at the railwaystation of the
"Mte. Generosobahn" named S. Nicolao.

You can park your car about 3 minutes before you reach the cache an if you walk 10 minutes more in direction of the "S. Nicolao" church, you will have a beautiful view(720315 / 082330).

On picture No. 1 you see the railwaystation of S. Nicolao. Next to the station you will find a pile of old rails (see picture no.2). The box ist hidden between the rails on the left corner.

In the plastic box are: 1 logbook, ball-point pen, sponge, grapes of metal and a bottle-opener.

If you are lucky, you can see a chamois very close to the cache. (see picture no. 3)

Journey:
A2, exit "Mendrisio" (719405 / 081400)
Then direction Mendrisio. Then direction Mte. Generoso / Salorino
The way trough Somazzo is very narrow
The parking lot is directly beside the railwaystation (720415 / 082710)
There are about 10 to 15 minutes from the interstate to the parking lot.

Wer in den Süden fährt kommt durch das sonnige Tessin. Und wer kurz vor der italienischen Grenze noch eine kleine Rast machen möchte, der besucht den cache an der Bahnstation S. Nicolao der Mte Generosobahn. Mit dem Wagen kann man 3 Minuten vor dem cache parkieren und man geniesst von dort, wenn man 10 Minuten zu Fuss Richtung "S.Nicolao Kirche" geht, eine wunderschöne Aussicht (720315 / 082330).

Auf dem Photo No1 sieht man die Bahnstation S. Nicolao. Daneben befindet sich ein Stapel alter Bahnschienen (Photo No 2). Am linken Eck zwischen den Schienen ist die Box versteckt.

In der Tupperwarebox befindet sich: Ein Logbuch, Kugelschreiber, Autoschwamm, Trauben aus Metall und ein Kapselheber.

Wenn man Glück hat sieht man nur 10 Meter oberhalb des caches eine Gemse (Photo No 3)

A2, Autobahnausfahrt "Mendrisio" (719405 / 081400)
Weiter Richtung Mendrisio, Mte Generoso / Salorino
Im Dörfchen Somazzo ist die Durchfahrt sehr eng.
Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt neben der Bahnstation (720415 / 082710)
Von der Autobahn bis zum Parkplatz hat man 10 - 15 Minuten.
