A well hidden micro near a popular camping area.
Located in the Huachuca mountains near the Reef Townsite campground. This is the place to go when you need to use your cell phone.There is a no fee parking area opposite the campground entrance. Road may be closed during winter months. Reef was a mining camp from the 1880s to the early 1900s. Miners sought silver, gold, and tungsten here.Please replace the container and camo the way you found it.
NOTE...Carr Canyon Rd. is a narrow one lane mountain road; rutted, rough, and rocky with many switchbacks. A 4WD or high clearance vehicle is recommended. Remember that the vehicle going uphill has the right of way.
