Look for a small oblisk to point you in the direction. You can park your car here and walk on up to the archway. Pass through and check out the outsider's works on your way to the cache. Fairly flat terrain, which may be overgrown in spots later in the summer/fall.
Where the horned eye stands, there is your cache . 7"x5"x2" . Included are a log book
and fancy caches to trade, so bring what you've got, but I'm pretty sure you've not seen the likes of some of this stuff before.
