Sound and Vision Traditional Geocache

A short 10 minute hike up the mountain-side into the Hawequas State Forest will bring you to the cache location.
Park at S33 38.487 E019 06.211, elevation 530m.
At S33.38.467 E019 06.258 leave the road, following the trail on the north side of the stream up the mountainside.
At S33 38.533 E019 06.365, elevation 600m, leave the path and bear West. You will find the cache hidden behind a flat upright rock, covered with smaller rocks.
The cache is a 2l ice-cream tub and contains: 1 x Geocache readme, 1 x pencil, 1 x pencil sharpener, 1 x log book, 1 x 700MB CD-R, 1 x E180 VHS video tape, 1 x SA90 audio tape, 1 x audio tape head cleaner.
You supposedly require a permit to enter this area but the telephone number displayed is outdated.
