What you need to do is post a picture of yourself. The only catch is that it needs to be taken by the ODOT webcam at the site. The camera can be accessed at http://www.tripcheck.com/RoadCams/roadcams.htm and then choose the Hayes Hill camera. Look at the picture we posted, that is what you need to post. The only thig different is that you need to be waving at the camera. And no stories will be accepted like, "Oh, that's me in the red car going by at 55 mph." No fakers allowed here.
This will take some planning and possibly alot of team work, it can be done, look at our picture. There is a first finders certificate inside the end of the culvert that is facing the camera in the picture. Get out there and give it a shot.
Oh, one final note. This cache is next to a state highway, please use extreame caution. Enjoy the cache.
