You can pretend you're a 4WD Hero when you come to collect this cache. If you come from the south the terrain rating increases significantly (you might actually need a 4WD). This cache is located at the Government Bore. No climbing or Deconstruction required. Infact.... I wouldn't touch it at all...stay clear. it look's like it could fall down at any time.
