1st Annual GoNE Spring Picnic
Welcome to the first of what we hope will be many spring picnics to come!
This picnic will be a bit different. It will not be tied to the same location. Instead, it will travel the backroads and highways - meandering from one corner of the Cornhusker State to the next. In the process, we hope to meet new friends, catch up with old pals, and see all the beauty and majesty that we call Nebraska!
The inaugural picnic will begin at 11:30 am on Saturday, April 29th, 2017 and take place at TaHa Zouka Park in Norfolk, NE!
GoNE will be grilln' up hamburgers and hot dogs! Buns, flatware, plates, water, and tea will also be provided. We ask that you bring a side-dish or dessert to share with all attendees. We have rented a cabin, so there will be electricity for slow cookers. We also have our own parking area and restroom.
Come ready for FUN! We'll have a raffle, hand out door prizes, share stories, and have some games and activities! Don't forget about the geocaches and trails in the Norfolk area. There will even be a few new ones to hunt down! Don't miss out!
