My hometown of Manning, Iowa is a progressive, small Iowa town. The leadership and volunteers of this town have prevented the all too common collapse of many like-sized towns in the great state of Iowa. A huge tip of the hat to these people. This cache is located across the road from one of the major reasons Manning has not only survived, but thrived. David Kusel is one of those many volunteers. Dave or Howie, as I grew up calling him, literally informs THE WORLD about Manning. Many people visit his website daily to learn about Manning.
