Time Warp Mystery Cache
EMC of Northridge, CA: Didn't see a cache container anywhere, so I removed the log/baggie. Archiving this to make room for someone to do something new here. :)

There is a little math to do to find the cache, but the real mystery is what this place is. If anyone knows anything about it, please post the information! As it is, this is one of my favorite places in the San Fernando Valley, as it is such a throwback.
The coords will take you to good parking (unless it's street cleaning time) and the best view of the mysterious area.
To find the cache, take the Metro number that you see on the sign just to the east, subtract 127, then subtract that answer from the posted longitude to get the cache's W coordinates. The N coords are 34º11.583.
