This is the Art Cache. A cache with a slightly different purpose.
First of all a warning:
This cache involves a steep climb. Not a long climb, but you'll need your hands. This does not require ropes and harnesses, but there is loose rock, and should be approached with caution. You have been warned 
This is not a regular type of cache. You need put nothing in, or take nothing out (unless you feel particularly inclined).
This is about your heart, your soul.
I'll explain - the cache contains a variety of art materials like coloured pencils, water colours, pastels, pens. There is also a largeish notebook.
You are encouraged to come and draw, paint, or create.
I'm not a fan of rules, so feel free to just place an elaborate signature (or whatever) if that is what pleases you.
This is only 3km from Halloween, and is in the mountain foothills, so there are some great mountain view which I hope will inspire you.
There is also a FTF Coin just to encourage you to participate.
