Geocache Description:

You may have passed by here many times without ever realizing there is an island tucked away here.

Since this cache has an island theme I wanted the description to be a recipe for an island drink. While doing my research I found a drink called Bushwacker (no h). Of course I had to use that one. Bushwacker may have originated in St Thomas and later became popular in Pensacola. The recipe spread mostly by word of mouth and got changed many times eventually becoming more of a dessert drink.

In a blender combine 4 oz cream of coconut, 2oz coffee liquer, 1 oz rum, 1 oz creme de cacao, 4 oz milk, 2 cups ice, and 1 scoop vanilla ice cream. Drizzle chocolate syrup in a tall glass, add the blended mixture, top  with whipped cream and another drizzle of chocolate syrup.
