FINLEY'S LANDING ANTI-MICRO
One of the most scenic Mississippi River Pool 11 access points in Dubuque County. This area is located approximately 15 miles north of Dubuque County Road C9Y -the Great River Road. A marina with slips for seasonal and daily rental is located in the park, and a boat ramp and daily vehicle and boat trailer parking is available. Picnic areas, rental picnic pavilion, electric and non-electric campsites, shower/restroom facilities attract visitors who enjoy spending time near the Mississippi. Scenic views of the river await those who follow the nature trails up the rugged bluffs. Year round park ranger is in residence at site.

The hiking trail will get you started in the right direction but then you're gonna have to bushwack and climb. The park IS open for hikers. If the gate is closed it's because the ground is too soft to drive on. Just park at the gate and walk in. "Special" cache container with small trinkets and log book.
