"Climb up to the
Knockagh
And what a sight you’ll see,
From Carrickfergus in the East,
And South to Donaghadee,
The sprawl of Belfast to the West,
Beneath you, Antrim’s fields,
The long low coast of County Down
This splendid vista yields."
One of the attractive features
of this cache site is the splendid view over Belfast Lough so go on
a clear day if possible.
CAUTION: STEEP CLIFFS IN
THE VICINITY.
Knockagh Monument was erected in memory of the men from County
Antrim who fell in the Great War.
The cache is a 1 litre tab box hidden outside the fenced area
which delineates the monument grounds.
Try the "spoiler" photo, "View from the cache" before
using the hint.
Additional challenge: Email me with the deliberate
mistake in the "poem" in the first page of the notebook!
