Located along the Hoover Nature Trail.
This family-friendly micro is located along the Hoover Nature Trail in rural Johnson County. The cache is near the end of the maintained portion of the trail approximately 3.5 miles NW of West Branch, IA. The Hoover Trail continues undeveloped to the NW towards Solon.
Although the cache is accessible via a short walk from Oasis Road NE, the Lego Crew encourages cachers to bring along their bikes and ride the length of the trail. A peaceful out-and-back ride is just a little over 7.0 miles.
The cache is a match container wrapped in black tape. Cache is log only, so please bring a pen. This should be a quick find in a rather obvious location as you approach ground zero. No bushwhacking necessary. If you have trouble finding it, have a seat and rest.
