How Geocaching Works
This cache is located on business property with building managers permission. You park essentially at the coordinates. NOTE: BRING WRITING UTENSIL TO SIGN LOG!
The cache contains a simple log and writing utensil. There is a little room for swag, but the cache is waterproof and extremely safe from Muggling even in its urban environment. As stated the building manager, who also takes care of the property maintenance, is fully aware of its location. This also happens to be where I work currently, hence the name of the cache. My office overlooks this area...if you see me on the 3rd floor window feel free to wave and gloat when you find it! :) This cache may have an occassional surprise in it for random cachers. *NOTE* Extreme snow conditions may render this cache inaccessible due to plowing of snow.
