Geocache Description:

The scene -
398 highland, also knows as Ru-Gu mountain , is located on the south-east side of Longtang township.
On the summit, about 398 meters above sea level, the 300 degree-angle view is tremendously awesome. In day time, you can see all noted sites such as Taipei 101, the Taiwan Straits, and the The Central Mountain Range. The night scenes are even better, specially when the lights of TaoYuan, and Longtang township form a sea of lights!
