Geocache Description:

This cache is hidden in one of those Denver Mountain Parks that has no name but on one map I saw it is called the "Birch Hill Tract". This park is not very well known either although there are some other caches in the park.  This is part of a second set of caches in this series which are all along trails in open space areas west and southwest of Denver.

The shortest route to the cache is a 1/2 mile hike one way from the parking area (waypoint provided). There are two ways to go and you can make a loop of it if you also want to find the other caches in the park.

On the inside of the lid of you will find a name of an animal that you should make note of because it will be important for solving the puzzle in a later cache in the series.

Beware of rattlesnakes in snake season!

Oh, and bring your own pen.
