Luontopolku Turun telakan lähellä
Nature trail near the Turku Shipyard

STX Europen (ennen Aker Finnyards) Turun telakalla valmistetaan maailman isoimmat ja hienoimmat matkustajalaivat (linkki). Matkalla kätkölle voikin nähdä näitä laivoja valmistumassa. Parisen vuotta sitten valmistunut laiva oli Allure of the Seas, 360 metrinen jättiläinen, joka on lokakuussa 2009 valmistuneen Oasis of the Seas -aluksen sisaralus. Sen jälkeen valmistui Viking Grace, joka jäi Turun ja Tukholman reitille.
Raision venesatamasta lähtee hyvin merkattu luontopolku "Timalinpolku" rantaa seuraillen kätköpaikalle. Auton voi jättää polun alkupisteeseen pisteeseen N 60º 27.779, E 22º 07.045 (karttalinkki). Edestakaista matkaa kertyy täältä lähtien n. 5 km. Tosin lähemmäskin voi päästä..
Kätkö on reilun desilitran purnukka. Talvella löytämiseen tarvittaneen vinkkiä.

The biggest and the most luxurious ships in the world are built in STX Europe in Turku. (link). On the way to the cache you can see these giants being built. There is a well marked nature trail "Timalinpolku" leading to the cache. It starts from the boat harbour and follows the coast. You can leave your car at the starting point of the trail at N 60º 27.779, E 22º 07.045 (link to map). Total walking distance is approximately 5 km.
The container is approximately 1 dl plastic jar. You might need to use the hint during the winter.

One of the previously released cruisers was Oasis-class cruiser, again the largest cruiser in the world. It was followed by Viking Grace which sails between Turku and Stockholm.
