Depending on your start point either completely flat over easy
terrain or an uphill walk through the woods - you be the judge!
(hint Orton Lane start is hilly, but Showell Lane is flat - follow
public footpaths at all times)
Just Deserts our original cache was hidden in a great location but
not enjoyed by the local warden who confiscated it! The Mighty
Shark retrieved it and we have hightailed across country to relive
our youth in Wombourne Woods which seemed so much bigger when we
were smaller! The cache is an ammo box hidden on a path/track, so
close that if you are on the right path, you'll walk within a foot
of it. At the top of the woods near the cache site you'll be
rewarded with great views of the whole of South Staffordshire as
far as the Wrekin and North Wales on a really clear day - plus in
Spring a carpet of Bluebells. If you can see the most rubbish fake
tree ever, you're close! Spoilers/Extra hints can be found in the
